What inspired you to craft this quite inspiring poetic collection?
Lori Coleman: In that I am pleased to announce the manifestation of one lady's unique ministry, and how Lana G represents a Queen’s unique royalty and a higher spiritual power. “She is an outstanding person and should be internationally recognized for the nurturing attributes, outstanding speech, and simply by the way she carries herself.”
AR: What's the significance of the book's title?
LC: I am following the treasury of one Queen's unplanned route and lifelong journeys.
AR: Did you perform considerable research prior to bringing the book to life?
LC: The only resource I was inspired to use was a pocket dictionary and the Bible.
AR: What is it about the genre of poetry that draws you so?
LC: I want readers to understand God's favorable love for all mankind.
AR: Is there a central message that you'd like readers to take away from the collection?
LC: I have chosen to dress up the extraordinary life of a 66 year old caucasian lady living in Jefferson City, MO. She is in fact a perfect example of the elegance and royalty we should all want to possess. I want every reader to experience the artful gift of positive affirmation. I get the best feeling in the world when people began to acknowledge in ourselves, that we are God’s greatest workmanship.
AR: Who have been some of your chief writing influences?
LC: Charles Darwin, Sir William Shakespeare, Sir Isaac Newton, Abraham Lincoln, Emily Dickerson, Maya Angelou, and a host of other amazing writers and
poets.
AR: What are your long-term writing/publishing aspirations?
LC: The character of Queen Lana G will a lifelong setting, helping to build up others and to encourage them to do and be their best.
AR: How can our readers learn more about you and your ongoing efforts?
LC: I will be conducting several booksigning at my place of employment, Lincoln University, and local bookstores.
I hope that everyone who listens to my singing, or book signings, will have to opportunity to gain more insight to the power of positive thinking, after meeting Queen Lana G.
